Refresh Report

Refresh report in the OfficeReports Ribbon Tab

Refresh Report will update all tables, charts and lists in a report. When is this relevant?

If we edit a particular table, chart or text list it will immediately be updated, but there are many other situations which might require a ‘Refresh Report’. For example: 

  • Adding new data
  • Changing variable texts and/or category names
  • Adjusting formulas for derived variables
  • Changing report filters
  • Etc.
